Athletic Clearance Process
Welcome to Paso Robles Athletics! All student-athletes of PRHS must be medically cleared by a physician (MD, DO, NP or PA) and have submitted a current physical examination form to the PRHS Athletic Department. PRHS Athletics will not accept any athletic medical screening (athletic physical) done prior to 5/1/26 for the 2026-2027 seasons. Physicals are good for 1 year from the exam date. Students cannot participate in athletics with an expired physical.
Your student-athlete may undergo a physical examination by your own Primary Care Physician, or by visiting a local walk-in clinic, but must be completed on the CIF Board approved Participation Physical Evaluation form. The physical form is attached below.
Home Campus Online Registration
26-27 Home Campus Registration will open on 5/1/26.
Home Campus is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Home Campus, the system keeps track of your information in your Home Campus profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.

Date: Saturday, May 30 th 8-10am
Location: 322 Posada Ln # A, Templeton, CA 93465 (not at the high school)
How to sign up: Sign-ups for student-athlete medical screenings will be available for purchase online in the Bearcat Store (Link) on a first-come, first-served basis starting today. The number of students who may attend this screening is based on the number of medical professionals who volunteer.
Costs: $20. Payment is due at time of sign up. There will be no refunds.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
No payment will be accepted at the door on the day of physicals.
If you cannot make that time/date: There will not be a makeup date. The parent/guardian and student-athlete will be responsible for scheduling athletic medical screening on their own.
It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration:
- Doctor information
- Health Insurance Information
- Health History
- Student ID
- Participation Physical Evaluation Form (sports physical)
Physical form must be uploaded into the Home Campus registration. Do not turn it into the athletic office.

Follow these steps:
Please refer to the one-page attachment for more detail.
- Step 1- Visit Home Campus
• Click “for Parent and Student athletes
• Select “California” - Step 2: Log in or Create account
• Type in school and confirm address
• Select year and add sport(s) - Step 3: Complete all required fields
• Student/parent/guardian info
• Review and sign required forms
• Upload athletic medical screening and medical history forms - Step 4: Confirmation message
• Clearance is ready for review by school administrator. The school must review and clear the student. An email notification will be sent once the school has reviewed and cleared the student for participation.
