PRHS YEARBOOK UPDATE

Yearbook Options and Google Form

Good afternoon PRJUSD students, families, and community members,

Following the recent review of the yearbook development process and the discovery of profane language appearing on one page of the yearbook, Paso Robles High School is offering the following options to individuals who have already purchased a yearbook:

Option 1: Full Refund

Return your yearbook to the PRHS ASB Office.
Staff will process a full refund upon receipt of the yearbook.

Option 2: Exchange for a Revised Yearbook

Exchange your current yearbook for a revised edition with the inappropriate language pixelated.
Revised yearbooks are expected to arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks.
A ParentSquare notification will be sent when replacement yearbooks are ready.
Please bring your current yearbook to the ASB Office to complete the exchange.

Option 3: Replacement Page Insert

Receive an insert designed to cover and replace pages 60–61.
A ParentSquare notification will be sent when the insert is available.
Inserts may be picked up from the ASB Office and affixed over the existing pages.

Option 4: Complimentary Bearcat Stickers

Receive Bearcat-themed stickers to cover the content on pages 60–61 while keeping your current yearbook.
Stickers are available at no cost in the ASB Office and may be picked up at any time.
