To apply for the Seal of Civic Engagement students must complete the following:
  1. State Seal of Civic Engagement Application including Civic Action Summary Questionnaire and Student Self-Reflection.
  2. Provide Recommendations from two individuals
    1. Names must be listed on the Application
    2. Recommendations can be provided as a Letter of Recommendation or Completion of Recommendation/Endorsement Form.
