Summer Programs

Football

Our general schedule for all three levels will be Monday-Friday. We will start June 10th. 3:30pm-6:30pm. We will have groups in the weight room 3:30-5:00 on those days. We have some Fridays in June where we are away at 7 on 7 tournaments. I will message those out once the dates and times are confirmed.

 

We will take the following weeks off:

-July 1st-6th

-July 22nd-27th we will have small group weight lifting, times TBA. 9-11am is the most likely time slot this week.

Cross Country

 

Paso Robles X/C 2024 Summer workout days

 

You will be training on your own with family, friends and teammates until we meet as a team.

 

Workout Days (subject to change)  7:30 or 8:00 am.  PRHS Track

  Monday, June 10th                 

   Saturday, June 15th

   Monday, June 17th                  

Monday, July 8th

    

 

 Will update workout dates during  the summer.  

All workouts will be in the morning.  Most likely 7:30 am.

          

Saturday July 27th 

Thursday August 1st , through Saturday August 3rd, everyday, mornings

Monday August 5th through Saturday, August 10th, everyday, mornings

Tuesday, Wednesday, August 13th and 14th, mornings.      

    

School starts Thursday August 15th

Practices will be everyday after school 3:30 and Saturday mornings

 

First Cross Country race: Saturday September 7th.  Arroyo Grande

Girls Tennis

Bearcat Summer Girls Tennis Clinics


Open to all incoming freshmen to seniors who would like to learn and play for the tennis team.  Experience is great, but not required.

 

Session 1: June 10 - 28

Session 2 : July 8 - 20

 

Monday: 8:00 -10:00am

Tuesday: 8:00 - 10:00am

Wednesday: 8:00 - 10:00am and 5:00 - 7:00pm

Thursday: 8:00 - 10:00am

Friday: TBA


You need a current sports physical completed after May 1, 2024 in order to participate in the summer program.

Tryouts and official practice for the fall girls tennis season starts July 30, 2024.

Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 5:45pm Daily

Saturday Mornings: Varsity TBA
