After original plans to hike in Big Sur were modified due to road closures, the GEO class headed to the Sierra Foothills to explore the King's River Trail. This 1-night trip helped the students figure out their gear needed for the upcoming 1-week trip that is planned for May. Current plans are to head to Trinity Alps Wilderness near Shasta.
